In other words, what happens when you "think" that our logical mind, or someone else for that matter, has better answers than this inner intelligence and choose to follow or them? Well, if you try this experiment by itself is very likely that you are feeling unhappy, sad, unfulfilled, and therefore success. Now, what happens if you go in not following this inner intelligence for a lenghty period of time, eg months or even years? Well, finally, sadness and unhappiness start to become something more serious. This emerging state is what many psychiatrists and psychologists call a state of depression.

If it becomes bad enough, entails a number of other symptoms of anxiety, or hopelessness, loss of energy, loss of motivation, lack of sleep, worry, and even thoughts suicide.
